I am thrilled to tell you that I have been part of education for more than 25 years, as a classroom volunteer, a tutor, a catechist, and a classroom teacher. I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and child psychology. A few years later I earned a K – 12 reading endorsement from Hamline University. I also completed the English as a Second Language program at the University of Louisville. Besides my love of being in the classroom and learning new things, I enjoy reading, tandem biking, and knitting. As a teacher in a Catholic school, my goal is to teach students to seek answers to the world around them, spiritually, academically, and socially.
