Volleyball: grades 5 – 8 in the fall

Basketball: boys and girls teams: grades 5 – 8 in the winter

Swimming: grades K – 8 in the winter; students must be able to swim one lap of the pool to qualify

Baseball: boys’ teams; grades 5 – 8 in the spring

Softball: girls’ teams; grades 5 – 8 in the spring

Track: grades 5 – 8 in the spring

We have adopted the For His Glory, (4HG) program had have integrated it into our athletic programs and physical education classes.  We believe in creating a positive sports culture in our schools.  Using the gifts given to us by God in a positive environment is one of the major goals of the 4HG program.  4HG is led by former Minnesota Viking and Super Bowl Champion Matt Birk.

4HG Mission:

4HG is a movement to create a healthy sports culture in our Catholic schools. We believe athletics, when done right, serve as an invaluable tool for developing well-rounded children.
